I help people who want to work through self-esteem issues, anxiety, social anxiety, and depression. I provide my clients with mental health therapy that makes sense to them, and that aligns with their goals, values, and lifestyles. I follow an evidence-based approach to treatment, but I also recognize that therapy is a personal process that looks different for everyone. Therapy doesn't have to suck, and humour is a big part of recovery.
If you do decide to talk to a therapist, look for the right fit. My style is warm, non-judgmental, and direct. I don't sound like a therapist. I am professional, but I am also laid back and I curse, and I welcome you to just be yourself with me.
