LIFE IS A SERIES OF PEAKS & VALLEYS
I can help you to keep the valleys from becoming canyons.

WHAT I DO
-
Psychotherapy for Adults
I provide psychotherapy to individual adults who are experiencing the deleterious effects of stress and trauma in their lives.
While psychotherapy will not change what you’ve been through, or take away your life’s problems, it can improve your ability to cope with whatever you’re up against.
By showing you how to get out of your own way, psychotherapy can help you manage what’s in front of you so that you can rediscover who you are, connect with the people around you, and get clear on your life’s purpose.

TREATMENTS I USE
-
Treatment Types
Evidence-based approaches to treatment are what guide me, but the key to successful treatment is pairing them with ongoing feedback and collaboration from clients.
My treatment style is integrative, which means I use interventions drawn from different psychotherapeutic models and theories that you may have heard of. These include:
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT)
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
Narrative Therapy
Existentialism
Attachment Theory
Of course, you don’t have to know what any of these are before we start our work together.
